Things to add to your email  

·         The symptom you are dealing with    

·         When and how often it re-occurs    

·         Location in the body    

·         Any headaches or cramping    

·         Other symptoms such as redness or swelling    

·         Any medical diagnosis    

·         Any pills that they are taking for the issue    

·         Length of time the symptoms have been there    

·         Changes in personality    

·         Length of time the symptoms have been there   

·         Other symptoms such as redness or swelling   

·         Some family or personal data if appropriate (argument with mother, partner or boss etc)   

·         What is your dominate hand when you clap. Left or right? See instructions below   

·          

·         Can you clap your hands and let me know which is the dominant hand, the one that usually sits on top of the other. Or the one that moves when you clap your hands. Another way to be certain which hand it is, is to clap with both hands, which one feels most comfortable on the top. The right or left.
